If your order contains digital content…

You will have access to the videos or downloadable files immediately upon checkout, and you will also receive an email with the links to view the videos and download the written instructions (including left-handed versions when appropriate).

For tangible items such as kits and materials…

You can expect these items to ship within three business days of receipt of your order and payment.  If we cannot meet this timeline we will reach out to you and let you know why and when you can expect your order.  

We currently only ship to locations within the United States.  You have the option of selecting first class or priority shipping via the United States Post Office.  For orders over $100, standard first class shipping is free.  If you wish to have your order expedited or shipped via an alternate carrier, contact us.
