Tri-Lobe Link Earrings

A Jewelry Design 1 and 2 Project

Forming – Forging

Explore alternate uses for the teardrop roll-back loop charting as you make these great Celtic style links with a twist!  I will show you how to translate the teardrop roll-back loop measurements into these great decorative lobes utilizing the U Curve methodology.  Forming them in a series of three creates the Celtic flair and the twisted wire stem provides structure and visual appeal.  There’s a bit of a puzzle to creating the trio, but once I show you how to achieve it, you will be able to adapt the reference from JD1 and JD2 to create them from various gauge wires in an array  of sizes.
