Jump Ring Earrings
(registration instructions below)
This is the perfect intro class for the jewelry novice! Jump rings (or “O” rings) are the most fundamental method of assembling jewelry. I will show you how to open and close them properly as well as explaining how to shop for them on your own. Take this knowledge and enjoy assembling various components to create your own custom jewelry designs. If you enjoy working with them, you can create a plethora of chain-maille projects consisting of jumprings assembled in ancient patterns.
The use of jump rings in decorative patterns derived from ancient practices.
